We use an ESD (electrostatic discharge) Protected Workshop Environment for the safety of your equipment and support users of Windows 98se, ME, NT, 2000, XP and Vista

We can give advice on hardware/software needs and even recommend the cheapest places to buy your next upgrade.

We don't just "talk the talk" and while high street retailers continue to blindly employ inexperienced school leavers to work on your IT equipment, we believe that years of hands on experience counts!!
Having your PC repaired should not be as "hit and miss" as finding a good garage to repair your car, one that won't charge you for parts and services you do not need!

All work is carried out by, or under the direct supervision of a qualified and highly experienced Electronics Engineer and IT specialist, with previous employment as onsite IT support in one of the worlds largest Electronics corporations UK facilities..

We have worldwide friends/contacts in all area's of IT from Microsoft engineers and private software developers to government organisations and more.
If we can't fix it, the chances are we know someone who can!!

We have a "no fix, no fee" policy and unlike others, we reformat/reinstall as an absolute last resort!***
